SIC Products aims to provide practical and dependable products for customers in Pakistan. If there is an issue with an order, please review the policy below before requesting a return or refund.

1. Return Eligibility

A return request may be considered if the item is received damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the ordered item. To be eligible, the product should be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging where possible.

2. Return Request Time

Customers should contact SIC Products within 7 days of receiving the order to request a return review. Requests made after this period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law or approved at our discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted in situations including, but not limited to:

  • Used, installed, altered, or damaged items after delivery
  • Damage caused by mishandling or incorrect installation
  • Products returned without enough order information
  • Items requested for return after the eligible review period

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, email info@sicproducts.biz with your order details, the product name, and the reason for the request. If applicable, customers may also be asked to share clear evidence of the issue so the request can be reviewed fairly.

5. Return Review

Once your request is received, SIC Products will review it and confirm whether the item qualifies for return, replacement, store resolution, or refund review. Approval is not automatic and depends on the item condition and the nature of the issue.

6. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment channel or another appropriate method decided during order support. Processing timing can vary depending on payment method, banking processes, and order review completion.

7. Replacement or Exchange

Where suitable, SIC Products may offer a replacement or exchange instead of a refund, especially if the issue relates to a damaged or incorrect item and stock is available.

8. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an incorrect item, damaged item, or confirmed product issue attributable to SIC Products, return handling may be resolved accordingly. In other cases, return shipping or related costs may remain the customer’s responsibility.

9. Inspection After Return

Returned items may be inspected after receipt. If the condition of the returned item does not match the claim made in the request, the return or refund may be declined.

10. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or dispatched. Once an order has moved into fulfillment or shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return review process may apply instead.

11. Electrical Product Note

Because SIC Products sells electrical appliances and accessories, customers should check compatibility and use products responsibly. Issues caused by improper handling, installation, voltage mismatch, or post-delivery misuse are not normally eligible for refund or return approval.
